The company is largely divided into four divisions: Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Project Management. The Company is managed by directors and shareholders, assisted by company administration.

At ADEPT Engineering, our most important asset is our people. People are at the core of our best practice initiative. We are committed to the continuous improvement of all our employees to enhance professional growth and customer satisfaction.
The company has two directors, with track records of steering engineering excellence; who oversee the different administrative and technical functions required to run the firm. Mr. George Wambugu serves as the administrative director and Mr. Kagwi Maurice as the technical director.
Working with these directors are administrators, line managers, other staff and partner consultants who help in the reliability, effectiveness and efficiency of the company in execution of its mandates.
Adept currently has 16 permanent staff comprising engineers, assistant engineers, draftsmen, engineering technologists, inspectors and administration.
